After many requests we are happy add our risotto class/demonstration to our list of regular classes. We will take you along a path into the risotto word, you will learn about which rice is better to make a creamy risotto, the ingredients and the correct way to combine them, followed by a degustation of different risotto recipes to get you ready to create your favourite risotto combination.

One of our main objectives in life is to pass on traditions to the new generation, making pasta at home is one of the most representative of my country, it’s also fun, creative, satisfying and in the end extremely delicious. Join the class, have fun with your friends, make new friends, learn amazing techniques but most of all preserve and pass on the tradition. Traditional pasta shapes include: ravioli , cuscini, tortellini, tortelloni, tortellini emiliani, fagottini, caramelle, girasoli cappellacci and Sardinian colurgiones.

One of our proud traditional foods in Italy is the tuber melanosporum vitt. Commonly known as black truffle, the origin of its appreciation is dated way back in history, precisely during the Roman Empire.
There are cities in Italy that have become famous thanks to this little precious earth fruit, places like Norcia and Spoleto, located in Umbria the green heart of Italy.
For us its a fixed stage to have a black truffle dinner during the top of the season which is from June to the end of July here in Australia. Thanks to our Tasmanian producer we can present beautiful fresh black truffles for our dishes. For us it is a love that will never end.
