For one night we will all agree to do so without concern about the people next to us, because they will do the same. We will offer a selections of tapas to allow you enjoy a variety of different foods with your bare hands. And don’t forget to lick your fingers.

Jump into the past with us, the medieval dinner is an experience to bring people together to enjoy themselves with delicious food and wine, just like our Italian ancestors did. The food will be served all together on a long table. Suckling pig, roasted goose and whole lamb are just few of the dishes we will serve this special night. Wine will be on the table for you to serve yourself. With traditional lute music and the chefs available to serve the food for everybody, the more we are the more we have fun.

BLACK TRUFFLE DINNER

One of our proud traditional foods in Italy is the tuber melanosporum vitt. Commonly known as black truffle, the origin of its appreciation is dated way back in history, precisely during the Roman Empire.
There are cities in Italy that have become famous thanks to this little precious earth fruit, places like Norcia and Spoleto, located in Umbria the green heart of Italy.
For us its a fixed stage to have a black truffle dinner during the top of the season which is from June to the end of July here in Australia. Thanks to our Tasmanian producer we can present beautiful fresh black truffles for our dishes. For us it is a love that will never end.

Italy is surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean sea, and for us this year it is mandatory to offer our members and guests another coastline Italian dinner, with traditional and twisted dishes from south to north.

Starter: trilogy of shell fish
- seared scallops with sauted cherry tomato, garlic and rosemary with Sardinian bread  
- king prawns wrapped in parma ham with pumpkin cream
- deep fried soft shell crab with cruncy roots and garlic tartare sauce
Risotto: blue swimmer crab, chilli garlic, cruncy  fennel, prawns butter and parmesan cheese and crispy capers.
Main: crispy skin barramundi fillet served with carrot and orange cream, fresh horse radish and crispy lemon balm potato gnocchi.
